Article 1. Purpose

The community tester programme rewards users of 220bpm.com (the "Website") who share their shoe tests. It is organised by Finish Line Media ("FLM"), publisher of the Website. It supplements the Website's terms of use and FLM's general competition rules, which apply to the monthly prize draw.

The programme is free and no purchase is necessary. It does not give rise to any payment.

Article 2. Monthly prize draw

FLM may hold a prize draw among community testers each month. It is free to do so or not, depending on the month: only months for which a draw is announced on the Website give rise to prizes. For those months, each community test approved and published on the Website during the calendar month gives its author one entry, up to a maximum of three entries per author per month.

The draw takes place during the following month. The prizes are announced on the Website. Winners are selected and notified in accordance with FLM's general competition rules.

Independence of reviews. The chances of winning never depend on the content of a test: a harsh rating counts exactly the same as a glowing one. A test refused or removed for breach of the terms of use gives no right to an entry, and a prize obtained through a fake test may be cancelled.

Article 3. Becoming an expert tester

FLM may offer a community tester the status of expert tester, taking into account in particular the number of approved tests, their accuracy, their regularity and compliance with the Website's rules. This offer is at FLM's sole discretion and does not constitute a right. FLM may likewise, at any time and at its sole discretion, return an expert tester to community tester status.

Expert testers may receive shoes to test. To do so, they accept the expert tester charter.

Article 4. Transparency

Community testers' participation in the monthly prize draw is stated on the page How tests and rankings work.

Article 5. Changes to and end of the programme

FLM may change or end the programme at any time, for the future. Entries acquired for the current month remain valid for that month's draw.
