Version in force since 13 October 2026
1. Who processes your data
The Stadion website, available at stadion-actu.fr and stadion.com, is published by Finish Line Media, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 998 982 763, whose registered office is located at 20 rue Lortet, 69007 Lyon, France.
Finish Line Media is the controller of the personal data processing described in this policy. For any question or to exercise your rights, you can write to privacy@finishers.com or by post to the address above.
This policy applies to the Stadion website and its newsletter. It does not cover the third-party websites we link to, in particular those of organisers, merchants or our social media accounts, which have their own policies.
2. What data, why and for how long
We only collect the data necessary for each of the purposes below. We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, only your e-mail address is requested. Without it, we cannot send you the newsletter.
3. Who receives your data
Your data is only accessible to the Finish Line Media staff who need it, and to the technical teams of its parent company Finishers SAS. It is not shared with the group's other websites without your consent.
We use the following service providers, who act on our instructions under a GDPR-compliant contract:
| Provider | Role | Data location |
|---|---|---|
| OVH | Website hosting | France |
| Brevo | Newsletter delivery | European Union |
| Plausible | Cookie-free audience measurement | European Union |
We may also disclose your data to administrative or judicial authorities where required by law.
4. Cookies and third-party content
The Stadion website itself does not set any advertising or audience measurement cookies: our analytics tool works without cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the website to function may be used. They do not require your consent.
Some articles include content hosted by third parties, in particular YouTube videos (Google). When you view a page containing such content, it is loaded from these services' servers. They then receive technical information, such as your IP address and the address of the page viewed, and may set their own cookies. These services process this data in accordance with their own privacy policies, for example policies.google.com/privacy for Google.
You can block these cookies by configuring your browser to refuse third-party cookies. Embedded content may then no longer display correctly. We are putting in place a mechanism that will display this content only after you have given your consent.
The website contains advertising banners and links to merchant websites, some of which are affiliate links. When you click on one of these links, the merchant website or the affiliate platform concerned may set its own cookies, under its own responsibility, to attribute any purchase.
Links to our social media accounts are simple links: they do not send any data to these networks unless you click on them.
5. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data:
- access: knowing what data we hold and obtaining a copy;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure, in the cases provided for by law;
- restriction of processing, for example while a dispute is being checked;
- objection to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- portability of the data you have provided to us on the basis of your consent;
- withdrawal of your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- setting instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to privacy@finishers.com. We will reply within one month, which may be extended by two months for complex requests. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you for proof.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or online at cnil.fr.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised persons only, and use of service providers offering sufficient security guarantees.
7. Updates
We may amend this policy, in particular to reflect changes to the website or to the regulations. The effective date of the current version is shown at the top of this page, and previous versions remain available. In the event of a significant change, we will inform you by appropriate means.
