Purpose of the site

Finishers is a services platform for runners and race organisers. In particular, it allows users to register for races, to resell and buy race bibs between participants, and to find and buy their race photos.

Races are organised under the sole responsibility of their organisers. Finishers acts on behalf of organisers to manage registrations, and as an intermediary between participants for bib resales. The terms applicable to each service are set out in the terms of use and terms of sale available at the bottom of every page of the site.

Liability

Information about races, including dates, prices, routes, participation requirements and race rules, is provided by the organisers, who are solely responsible for it. It may be changed by them at any time. Finishers strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

The site contains links to third-party websites, including those of organisers. Finishers has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content or operation.

Reporting illegal content

Anyone may report to Finishers any content published on the site that they consider illegal, in particular a bib resale listing, by writing to contact@finishers.com. The report states the address of the page concerned, a description of the content, the reasons why it is considered illegal and the contact details of its author. Finishers handles reports as quickly as possible.

This address is also Finishers' single point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and users, within the meaning of Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (Digital Services Act). Communications may take place in French or English.

Intellectual property

All content on the finishers.com website (texts, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, graphic elements, software) is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to Finishers SAS or its partners. Any reproduction, communication to the public, modification, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Finishers SAS. Race photographs made available to participants are subject to the terms of sale of the photo service.
